We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages according to the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this regard is only possible from the date of knowledge of a concrete infringement. We will remove this content immediately upon notification of such infringements.
