Whether expanded grids, corrugated grids, welded grids and gratings. We will find the right product with the right mesh size and thickness for your application.
Woven wire mesh (ISO 4783ff. /ISO 9044) is manufactured by weaving pre-crimped (corrugated) wires. The mesh size and wire thickness determine the number of crimps within a mesh size. In some cases, it is possible to manufacture mesh with the same mesh size and wire thickness but with a different number of crimps.
areas of application
Protective grilles (e.g. automotive industry, mechanical engineering, construction industry), door and fence infill panels for home and garden, exhibition stand construction, plant breeding, pigeon control, noise protection
materials
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, brass
Spot-welded wire mesh (ISO 4783-3) consists of smooth wires that are welded together at their crossing points. Due to their inherent stability, they are mostly used for barriers and fence elements. Welded wire mesh is also used as shelving in shopfitting.
areas of application
Supporting body in the sieving and filtering area, protective grating in the machine and plant construction, bird and rodent protective grating, facade cladding, insulation material carrier, trellis, small animal cage / fence, stair railing filling and balcony balustrade
materials
Bright steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, plastic-coated steel
Expanded metal (DIN 791) is made of metal (sheet or strip/coil). The material is cut in the transverse direction and simultaneously stretched in the lengthwise direction. The length of the cut determines the length of the mesh that runs across the material. The stretching factor, which depends on the shape of the mesh and the width of the web, determines the maximum total length per piece.
areas of application
Facades, ceiling cladding, sun protection, protective elements, railings, sound insulation, filtration, loudspeakers, fences (also in prisons), shop fitting.
materials
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, brass
Grids
Gratings are components with a high load-bearing capacity. Despite its low weight and high permeability, the firm connection of supporting and transverse bars with the enclosure makes the grating a stable and visually appealing product. Robustness is guaranteed!
The cross bars of the pressed grating are made of flat steel and are pressed into the punched bearing bars and welded to the edge bar. The mesh and height of the grating can be designed very flexibly, which means that the pressed grating has countless possible uses. We also manufacture these in a non-slip version and as stair treads.
areas of application
As covers for stages, walkways, stairs, platforms, steps and other openings, facade cladding, balcony balustrades, doormats, ceiling grids
materials
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic)
Welded gratings are also particularly suitable as heavy-duty gratings. High shear forces can be absorbed due to the homogeneous welding of all crossing points. With the correct dimensioning, heavy-duty gratings are suitable for absorbing large loads.
areas of application
Cover for platforms, walkways, stairs, landings, steps and other openings, facade cladding, balcony balustrades, doormats and ceiling grids
materials
Steel, hot-dip galvanized steel
Perforated metal planks are profiled planks with different surface structures. Depending on the profile, perforated metal planks are available with a closed or permeable surface. The punched holes at the top and bottom allow dirt and liquids to be quickly displaced and drained away. Perforated metal planks are used where liquids, fats or oils are handled in order to achieve a non-slip floor.
areas of application
Scaffolding, construction and civil engineering, vehicle and machine construction, architecture, facade sound insulation, catwalks, stage construction and much more
materials
steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc
